Available Services Video Conferencing Office Space Meeting Space Video Conferencing The Aberdeen Development Corporation has two video conferencing rooms available for rental on an hourly basis. This allows for face to face business meetings all over the world.

• PictureTel Concord 4500
• Cost for room and equipment rental: $75.00 / hour
• Volume discounts available based on monthly usage.
• Call Launching: $45.00 / hour / 128K line

Scheduling Information:

• All costs billed in 15 minute increments.
• Call Launching charges in addition to room rental costs.
• All first-time conferences will require setup and a pre-test before the conference begins. Transmission costs will be charged on the pre-test when call launching is used.
• All cancellations must be made 24 hours before the conference call begins for no charges to be applied. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation charge.
